SPIRITUAL PRACTICE REFERENCED TODAY AND IN JANUARY 9TH SERMON

Prayer for the Work of the Holy Spirit of God
O God, stir up in Insert Name the gift of your Holy Spirit: the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and reverence of God, the spirit of joy in your presence, both now and forever. Amen.

Each day, at an agreed upon time, members of a household take turns praying this prayer aloud on behalf of another.  The one praying may lay their hands on the other while praying.  Those not living in household with others can reach out by phone or FaceTime to another congregational member, a friend, a relative, a neighbor and agree to do this practice at a set time each day.

At the end of the week, share with one another how this practice helped you notice the work of God’s spirit through you.  If you would like to share your experience, please send an email to Pastor LaDonna at pastor@stpaulcapeann.org.

REMINDER – Services are held each Sunday at 10:00. Masks are worn and there is social distancing. Hand sanitizer is als available. Are are welcome. Please join us in person or on Zoom.
